MR.T is casually walking down the street, when he comes across several kids lamenting the fact that they've just eaten too much. Astonished at the types of foods they've been stuffing themselves with, he tells them they have no need for fancy, expensive gyms. They can exercise anywhere. After showing examples , he gets the youngsters to follow in turn. Everyone performs satisfactorily, except for a single overweight lad . HE just can't seem to get his act together. MR.T does his best to encourage, but realizes this is more than a five minute project! After taking the kids through an almost basic training like set of exercises , we see MR.T clad in camouflage fatigues and A-Team logo hat , leading them at a boardwalk.

The disembodied voice of MR.T hands us the 4 COMMANDMENTS of exercise:

  1. 10 Knee bends
  2. 20 Jumping Jacks
  3. 5 Pushups
  4. Running on the spot
Every day! So get out there, and get going! NOW FOOL!
